Philippa Main is the consummate professional realtor and was fantastic to work with selling our condo. I live in WA state, so she was my boots on the ground managing the whole process from 3k miles away! She is very thorough and understands the mechanics of the sale process very well. Philippa helped me in so many ways, including helping me make sure I had all of correct paperwork I needed in order to sell during the probate process; figure out what was worth my time & money to repair in the home prior to selling; pricing the home at the exact right price; and so much more. I can’t say enough great things about Philippa. I am no stranger to real estate having bought and sold homes in several states and can honestly that Philippa is the most engaged Realtor I have ever worked with. I live in Ohio and unexpectedly found myself in need of a realtor after the death of a loved one. After an in-depth search on Yelp, I chose Philippa based on the glowing reviews. From our first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Within an hour after my initial call, we made an appointment to meet when I arrived in the area and determined a ballpark sales range for the properties. She was also gracious enough to forward a variety of reference materials and comparable MLS listings to prep me for the process.
