All realtors and lenders are required to maintain a 4.5 star review to participate in the program. They must also maintain production requirements that are reviewed semi-annually.
Does an employee have to use all the services provided in a transaction?
No, if an employees is only interested in using some of the services provided that are eligible to do so.
Who is this for?
The program can be used by any employer with 10 or more employees. Employees who benefit include first time homebuyers, people relocating to the Northern Virginia area for their job, and home owners who want to sell and upsize or downsize but would like to save some money.
